Our Ponies
All of our 12 ponies are like members of the family, just like the dogs, and chickens. Their well being comes first and we will always do all we can to make sure they have a comfortable and interesting life. In truth, they do have a fabulous time, None of them are worked too hard and when they are not out trekking they have hundreds of acres of beautifully lush Galloway countryside to wander around in. They are all regularly inspected by the vet and the blacksmith.
TINY
Tiny is our 16:2 hh Bay Clysdale gelding.
He is 8 years old and a gentle giant. He's a safe and sensible horse, nothing phases him. He has a lovely long floaty stride with his feathers flowing
STEVEN
Steven is a 4 year old 15hh gypsy cob gelding and he's Daisy's dad. He has a smoothe, comfortable stride and loves riding out and is capable of picking up speed when asked.
BLACK ICE
Our 15.2hh blue and white gelding. He is a gypsy cob X thoroughbred. Ice is just 4 years old and is a new addition to the team. He is a great big softy with a lovely temperament and is settling in really well.
MOLLY
A 14hh black cob mare. She is a very safe and sensible ride, forward going and fun. Loves hacking out and ideal for teens and small adults.
HENRY
Our 15hh Piebald Cob. He is an absolute darling, very gentle, calm and relaxed. Henry is such a sweet easy going pony, perfect for the nevous rider or smaller adult. Henry has been a real star this year and we all adore him.
REMMIE
A 10hh standard Shetland mare. she is so cute and such a character. We love her! she is very popular with the children and enjpys more than her fair share of pampering.
